This photo was titled "I have the smallest trailer on the block" |
I've heard there are over a million Americans living long term in campgrounds. This blog will be centered around smaller Travel Trailers. Little homes you can take with you on adventures. I'll be adding as much information and links that I can find pertaining to Camping. Trailer living means minimal stuff, so what will we really need. Recipes and tips mostly centered around outdoor cooking. And of course stuff I find that I just want to share.

DeletePam. You are setting yourself up for a great adventure. And it looks like you are already prepared to "set up camp". A question: When you make the transfer to camper life, what will you do with all your worldly possessions that you are used to having all around you? I mean anything that takes up lots of space today in your life: books, software, BBQ grill, winter clothes, art supplies, tools, etc. There appears to be a magical shrinking act that needs to take place when you drive off with your new home. Minimalism is not something I have considered. You obviously cannot become or continue to be a hoarder. Have you calculated how much available space you will have for "stuff"?
ReplyDeleteLove your new blog site!! I will log in frequently to see what you are up to. Might even learn a thing or two.
Hi there, At this time I'm slowly downsizing.Eventually everything I need will fit in my room at home. Plus whatever type of truck I get for towing will have a certain amount of storage space available while parked for extra dry goods, paper towels, etc. I'm a small woman so my clothes don't take up alot of space and I just don't have much interest in alot of clothes. I do however have a passion for handbags and shoes.I'm working on that :) I'm also downsizing my arts and craft mediums. Too many interest creates alot of tools. I've just begun posting so do keep checking in.
DeleteForgot to mention: Music is no problem Got rid of cassettes and got an MP3. With speaker base the whole stereo takes up a 12"x4" space. And souns great!
DeleteBy subscribing to your blog, I get an email whenever you post a comment. Neat. Just got two emails because of your two posts.
