Hot Chocolate Recipe from Heloise's Column

This recipe has been reprinted in Heloise's Column several times due to demand. It is yummy in the tummy. I like to make lots at Christmas and give out as gifts.
HOT COCOA MIX
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Dash of salt
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cup powdered milk

For a creamer mixture, also add:
1/3 cup of powdered nondairy creamer
1 Tbl. malted-milk powder.
For a cup of cocoa, add 4 Tbl. of cocoa mixture to a mug and pour 6 to 8 oz. of boiling water.

    1. I really like adding the non-dairy creamer. I'm trying to decide how I'm going to package them this year.
